Drool. Our immediate reaction when we saw this Instagram from Lisbon Urban Adventures. A summer’s evening in the Portuguese capital is best spent rubbing shoulders with locals at a neighbourhood tasca. The dish of choice? Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato. This Lisbon favourite was named after well-known poet and foodie, Bulhão Pato, and is made by steaming clams in white wine. Locals know to save an extra bottle or two to have on the side!
